This series speaks to the reality that God hears us, delivers us, guards us, keeps us, preserves us, leads us, strengthens us, and in all of it, HELPS US! 
 
It is a psalm of profound insight and profound comfort. There are so many things here we miss. I take a certain angle to look at these mountains in this Psalm, only one angle, to offer an aspect of awareness that you might not have considered. There are indeed other angles of looking that the mountains, yet that is for another teaching.
